BRUSSELS | February 27, 2026: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, ranks among the top 3 providers in Cloud & Infrastructure and Workplace Services in Belgium & Luxembourg (BeLux). This recognition is based on Whitelane’s large‑scale, independent survey of more than 340 participants from major IT spending organizations in BeLux.
TCS achieved a customer satisfaction score of 84% in Cloud & Infrastructure services and 83% in Workplace services, recognizing TCS as an exceptional performer in this space. Amongst the service providers in the region that offer both applications and infrastructure/workplace services in Europe, TCS is also ranked number 3, with 81%.
The annual study by Whitelane Research, Europe’s leading independent authority on IT sourcing research, evaluates providers across key service towers for their performance, delivery, and client satisfaction. Whitelane Research’s European report highlights several significant shifts in the IT landscape:
- 30% of European organizations expect to increase their use of external IT service providers over the next two years, with top motivations being scalability (53%), focus on core business (44%), talent access (43%), and business transformation (41%).
- AI adoption is expected to accelerate significantly, with a combined 90% expecting moderate to significant increases in investment.
